리슨트립, referred to as the Company, we, or us, establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect user personal information and to handle privacy-related requests promptly and fairly.
The Company is based in the Republic of Korea. This English version is provided for international users of ListenTrip.
We process account information to identify users, provide login features, maintain account status, prevent abuse, send notices, and handle support requests.
We process information to provide audio guide content, purchase history, payment processing, gift features, playback access, and offline download features.
We process usage records, device information, analytics events, and support records to improve quality, understand usage, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.
We do not directly collect or store passwords, resident registration numbers, or sensitive card numbers.
Full card numbers and highly sensitive payment credentials are handled by payment processors and are not directly stored by us.
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose of processing, unless a longer period is required by law.

Users may contact the privacy contact below about international transfers. If a transfer is necessary for account, checkout, or service delivery, refusing the transfer may limit use of the service.
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it without undue delay. Records that must be retained for contracts, payments, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, or disputes may be stored separately and used only for those purposes.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users logged in, maintain sessions, analyze page visits and movement, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Users can restrict cookies in browser settings, but some login or purchase features may not work properly.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be announced through the website or another reasonable method.
