ListenTrip paid digital content payment and refund policy

Core Refund Rules

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if the guide, pass, or included content has not been played, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise used.
  • Because ListenTrip sells digital audio guide content, change-of-mind refunds are restricted after digital delivery, streaming, playback, or offline download begins.
  • If content is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description, duplicated, or incorrectly charged, we may provide a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to approve and process eligible requests within 3 business days, but bank, card, and payment processor posting times may vary.

Digital Content Withdrawal Limit

  1. Users may request withdrawal or refund within 7 days of purchase before using the purchased content.
  2. The following actions count as use and may restrict a change-of-mind refund:
    • Starting playback or streaming.
    • Completing or starting an offline download.
    • Using content included in a purchased pass.
  3. Refunds may still be available after use if required by law or if the issue is caused by defective content, failed delivery, materially different content, duplicate payment, or payment error.
  4. Account sharing, unauthorized copying, abusive refund behavior, or other user-caused violations may be grounds to deny a refund.

How To Request A Refund

  1. Log in and go to My Page.
  2. In your purchase history, select the refund button for the eligible order.
  3. Review the confirmation dialog and enter a reason if requested.
  4. The service checks refund eligibility automatically. If the order qualifies, the refund is processed without separate administrator approval.
  5. If the refund button is not shown, or if the order is marked as confirmed or not refundable, contact support at seungmin@listen-trip.com.

Lemon Squeezy Payments

  • International purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy allows sellers to set their own refund policies, so the ListenTrip 7-day unused-content rule applies to our service unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks. This does not expand the standard ListenTrip change-of-mind refund period beyond 7 days.
  • Lemon Squeezy order refunds can be full or partial. After a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days to appear on the customer's card or account statement.
  • Lemon Squeezy may refuse refund requests if it finds evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.

Legal Notes

  • This policy is operated in line with Korean consumer and e-commerce laws applicable to digital content, and with the payment processor rules that apply to the transaction.
  • If mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you non-waivable rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
  • We may update this policy if laws, regulator guidance, service features, or payment processor rules change.
